Svengoolie hosts a movie about the survivor of a bus that crashes into a high voltage power line played by Lon Chaney Jr.. After surviving the harrowing event, a crazed doctor then starts experimenting on him with increased amounts of electricity which allows the doctor to bend him to his will. Meanwhile, Svengoolie is tortured by a member of the group L.A.M.E.
Svengoolie hosts House Of Frankenstein, the first of universals classic monster movies to feature all 3 monsters, Dracula, Frankenstein and the Wolfman in one film.
