Svengoolie has been the premiere horror show icon of Chicago, since multiple Emmy award winner Rich Koz became the hand-picked successor to the original Svengoolie back in the late 70s. Since then, generations of viewers have become fans of the monstrous mirth and movies that this video vampire dispenses every week over the airwaves!
Svengoolie presents 'Curse Of The Werewolf', Hammer Studio's only entry in the field of Lycanthropy. Set in 18th century Spain, a servant girl who is mute is thrown in the dungeon by a evil count and then raped by a mad beggar. She bears a child who later in life becomes cursed while hunting. Svengoolie provides his usual humor and interesting film tidbits throughout the movie. Of interest is, this is Oliver Reed's first film role.
Svengoolie presents The Mummy's Tomb, the sequel to the previous movie "The Mummy's Hand" which continues the previous story 30 years after the discovery of the lost Egyptian tomb. Sven and Kerwyn get up to their usual antics and Sven provides tidbits about the movie and the actors. This episode also features a Episode of the Buck Rogers serial starring Buster Crabbe as Flash Gordon. Sven and gang do a hilarious Riff of the Chapter Play episode.
After his brother's death, Larry Talbot returns home to his father and the family estate. Events soon take a turn for the worse when Larry is bitten by a werewolf.
