Once the house is moved to their lot, it's a race against time to get it renovated and ready for auction. Who will turn the biggest profit? Who will gamble it all and lose big? Who will destroy their house mid-move? And who will get their chops busted by their annoying rivals on Texas Flip N' Move?
The Snow Sisters win an 1100-square-foot home in Moody, Texas. They plan to add two bedrooms and create a large common space that includes the kitchen, living room and dining room, complete with vaulted ceilings and a custom entryway.
The Hayhurst Brothers work on increasing the size of a small house to one with four bedrooms and two baths. They dedicate the front of the home to the common areas, adding custom shelving units and a kitchen island, and build living quarters in the back.
Gary's Girls transform a former duplex acquired at auction into a high-end single-family home. They build an addition to increase square footage and create a new bedroom and bathroom designed with sophisticated style elements.
Paige and Raf revamp a small two-bedroom cottage they won at auction. They increase the home's size and alter the floor plan to make family-friendly living spaces. Lastly, an addition enlarges the bedrooms and creates space for a huge open-plan kitchen and dining room.
Donna and Toni win a duplex at auction and plan to combine the two sides into a single, seamless dwelling. Meanwhile, Randy rehabs an old garage to create a functional home with a game room and custom bathroom.
The Hayhurst brothers score a simple shotgun farmhouse at an auction that will be transformed into a three-bedroom, two-bath home with old-world features. Meanwhile, the Snow sisters are having buyer's remorse after a promising brick house turns out to be a huge disappointment.
Zac and Cameron win a maze-like home at an auction in Decatur, Texas. With not much left of the original property, the duo builds back the square footage and creates a functional floor plan for a large family. They further increase the home's value by adding tall ceilings and high-end amenities.
Casey and Catrina win a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home with a nonsensical layout. They improve the flow of the house by building a large master suite addition. The home's modern update is completed with a revamped kitchen and dining room.
Raf and Paige remodel a tiny two-bedroom house won at auction. Raf finds stainless steel cabinets in the kitchen and plans to repurpose them to be used in another part of the house. Paige and Raf work as a team to add functionality without detracting from the appeal of the design.
The Hayhurst Brothers score a problematic three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at auction. The house lacks a master suite and the chimney must be demolished before the structure can be relocated. The brothers create an open-concept plan by altering the home's footprint to accommodate larger bedrooms and airy common spaces.
Casey wins a tiny home at auction but is disappointed with the condition of the interior. Catrina and Zack help him upgrade the house by building an addition to increase the square footage and installing high-end industrial finishes.
Paige talks Melinda into bidding on a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at auction. The ladies improve the small, unimpressive space with an addition and some smart decorating ideas.
