Three teams of hard working Texas real estate entrepreneurs compete head-to-head in a fast-paced and thrilling real estate flipping competition. Our flippers are under the gun to buy low, work fast and sell high. But they have one major hurdle to overcome, when they buy a house at auction, they have to move it off the property that day, a task that can be downright dangerous. Once the house is moved to their lot, it's a race against time to get it renovated and ready for auction. Who will turn the biggest profit? Who will gamble it all and lose big? Who will destroy their house mid-move? And who will get their chops busted by their annoying rivals on Texas Flip N' Move?
The Young Guns score a house that used to be a church but when they're called out of town, cousin Casey takes over the flip. Donna and Toni win a tiny one-room service building that they completely transform into a cottage retreat.
Donna and Toni get orders from Daddy Snow to buy a house that's very special to him, and it's coming up for auction. He grew up in it and his father moved it years before. The sisters' renovation keeps the old place true to history and to the period in which it was built.
Casey grabs a neglected house that must be cut in two before it can be moved. He decides to double his profits by taking the two halves and making a new house out of each. His plans are almost dashed when a Texas twister destroys one of the halves, but he decides to pick up the pieces and rebuild.
The Lone Wolf wins a house that has a few major issues, such as missing part of the floor. His plan is to create an interior that will appeal to city guys. Meanwhile, The Young Guns take a chance on a small service building that could have been a garage. They see it as a blank slate full of exciting opportunities and decide to create a cute 'in-law' studio suite with a new front entrance, vaulted ceiling and full size kitchen.
The Snow Sisters score a house that looks pretty rough. They like the cedar shingle exterior, but don't like that they'll need to cut the house apart to move it. The interior will need to be reconfigured and the exterior will need some real work to add curb appeal. They decide to open up the interior and make the kitchen the focal point of the house: A Cook's Kitchen.
The Snow sisters and The Lone Wolf each win a house with the same size, layout and footprint. Both teams learn of a buyer who is looking for small houses like these to put on a guest ranch so both try to design with the customer in mind. Will the customer take one, both or neither?
The Lone Wolf bites off more than he can chew when he picks up large house that needs plenty of work. He's too busy to get it to auction quickly so he calls in fellow flipper Casey to lighten his load. Together they turn this worn out three bedroom into a home to behold.?
Donna and Toni buy four containers to turn into two houses. It turns out these kinds of homes are even more popular than they had anticipated when two different buyers contact them each wanting a container house right away. Brother Gary suggests that his four daughters take on one of the builds to help the sisters out.
The other movers are wary of moving a house with a stucco exterior, but not Randy. He's certain he got a steal on this place until he gets inside and finds water damage and black mold. When Casey is left to turnaround a shabby lakeside home by himself he decides to hire a new hand; The Snow's contractor Catrina.
The sisters buy a house that sits right next door to one that the Lone Wolf snatches up. With the house rental market heating up, they both decide to tailor their flips to that clientele.
Casey scores a house with good hardwood floors near downtown Fort Worth. In order to move the house, he needs to cut part of the roof off and later discovers asbestos siding that has to be removed. Casey and contractor Catrina turn this tumble down house into an ideal place for a home-based business.
The Lone Wolf tackles a house that is in pretty good shape, but there's an add-on and and attached garage that he'll need to leave behind. He decides to turn it into the ideal home for empty nesters but needs the help of the Snow sisters make it happen.
A cute cabin in seemingly good condition turns out to be a constant headache for the Lone Wolf while the Snows take a house that was made into an office and turn it back into a home.
The Snows nab a vintage 80-foot-long passenger train car from a scrap yard, and they can't wait to save this piece of history by transforming it into a cozy home
Casey and Catrina win a home with lots of charm, but once they look inside, they find it has been completely gutted; across town, Randy wins a large two-bedroom house at auction and encounters a catastrophe of his own.
The team face a big challenge in a utility structure with no interior walls and a slab floor, complicating their plan to create a bunkhouse.
Gary's Girls win an old train car from a fellow mover's lot and plan on retaining the industrial look while including some updates. The girls will create a studio with exposed pipes, a wood burning stove and stainless steel touches. Randy wins a relaxing ranch home but realizes there is a lot of termite damage and the house is too wide to get past the gated entrance. Randy is forced to chalk this one up to bad luck and abandon the project.
An arched entryway in the Girls' new home inspires them to create a Mediterranean theme for the remodel. Casey and Catrina win two very small barns in a two-for-one auction and plan to combine them into one large living space in order to maximize profit.
Randy is approached by a potential buyer who is looking for a coastal-themed vacation home. Randy works to bring the beach to North Texas, but the two-bedroom renovation isn't all smooth sailing. Meanwhile, Donna and Toni get more than they bargained for when they find an unexpected critter living in their newly purchased ranch home. They evict the varmint and hope their stylish ranch remodel will attract better tenants.
Casey and Catrina score big on a house that is practically new. The problem is, someone previously bought it, tried to finish out the interior and failed. Now they're faced with the task of correcting the botched job and creating a home that will appeal to a buyer that Casey already has on the line.
Randy wins a large home with very big bedrooms, but there's no defined living room and it has a fairly small kitchen and dining room. He must create a floor plan that will open up the space for a communal living area while maintaining bedroom space for maximum profitability.
Randy wins a house at auction that he discovers is riddled with problems, the biggest of which is a serious lack of bathrooms and major termite damage. But it's not all bad when the Lone Wolf discovers some shiplap from vintage shipping crates hidden in the walls.
Casey and Catrina have a bit of bad luck when their home is barely salvageable and they have to knock it down and start over. Randy, however, makes his own luck by renovating a ranch-style home in good condition.
