All new Wheeler Dealers episodes debut on Discovery Channel this summer, as Mike and Edd continue on their quest to find and restore some of the most iconic cars in the world.Back in the UK after their stint in the US, the chaps pick up exactly where they left off and continue their search for Britain's model motors. As Mike tracks down the vehicles in need of a second chance, Edd fixes them up back at the garage.
Mike finds a 1976 Mark 2 Mercury Capri with the classic 2.8 liter Cologne V6, and Ant has to completely overhaul the engine, the interior, and his own design upgrade.
The guys are excited when they find a legendary 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo. But, one small fix becomes a big problem for Ant as the entire engine has to be removed.
Mike finds a true unicorn of the car world: a '95 Volvo 850 T-5R, a station wagon with a racing pedigree. Unfortunately, the engine needs some serious work.
Mike tracks down a rare '91 Alfa Romeo 164L. He loves the look of the car but Ant has his work cut out for him. This Alfa has perfect bodywork, but it has a leaking engine, faulty steering, dodgy brakes, and a host of other issues.
Mike finds what he thinks is the finest-handling front wheel drive car: the Lotus Elan M100. If Ant can revive the engine and suspension, will it make a profit?
Mike finds a 2002 Chevy Corvette Z06 that can do zero to sixty in under four seconds. Ant is less than enthused when he realizes the scale of the work needed.
The Golf GTi was a symbol of the 80s. Mike finds a prime example of a Rabbit, which he thinks can be transformed. Ant has a lot of work to do!
The Dodge SRT-10 is considered a ‘halo car' – the classic worker's truck has a supercar-engine in it. However, this brutish vehicle needs some serious work.
