In the fifth season of You Gotta Eat Here!, John's back for another helping of delicious, mouthwatering, over-the-top comfort food at fantastic restaurants. From neighborhood institutions and legendary spots to instant classics, each half hour episode features our hilarious and hungry host as he eats his way across the country – and beyond! We'll see more fantastic Canadian and US dining destinations, plus special Rome, Florence, London, and Dublin editions!

John Catucci feasts on classic comfort foods at Charlene's Bayside Restaurant in Whycocomagh, N.C. He also tries the boar poutine at the Tide and Boar Gastropub in Moncton, N.B., before heading to Prince Albert's Diner in London, Ont., to taste a burger topped with bacon and peanut butter.
Stops include Uncle Betty's Diner in Toronto for eggs Benedict served on homemade donuts; the Armview Restaurant in Halifax, N.S., for fish fries and seafood burgers; and Pagliacci's in Victoria, B.C., for New York-style cheesecake.
Stops include the Saint John Ale House in Saint John, N.B., for lobster and prime rib; the Fraser Park Restaurant in Burnaby, B.C., for German sausages; the Philadelphia Kitchen in Orangeville, Ont., for cheesesteaks.
The host takes on the Determinator Hamburger Challenge at D&S Southern Comfort B.B.Q. in Carlsbad Springs, Ont. He'll have one hour to finish the 5.5-pound meal, which includes three 8-ounce patties sandwiched between grilled-cheeses, a pound of coleslaw and a pound of French fries. Also visited: Déjà BU! in Caraquet, N.B.; Bubi's Awesome Eats in Windsor, Ont.
The host tries South African bobotie at Stoneface Dolly's in Ottawa, Ont. Then, in Toronto, he stops at Hadley's, a neighborhood joint that smokes everything in-house. Also: seafood pizza and Cajun mussels are sampled at Rick's Fish 'N' Chips and Seafood House on Prince Edward Island.
The host checks out the Catch 22 Lobster Bar in Moncton, N.B., where lobster is served 22 different ways. Other stops include the Chicago Style Pizza Shack in Hamilton, Ont., and Topanga Cafe in Vancouver.
Comfort foods are sampled at Urban Deli in St. John, N.B.; Ches's Fish Famous Fish & Chips in St. John's, N.L.; and Reggie's Hot Grill in Peterborough, Ont.
John Catucci attempts to conquer the Mountain Burger at Mrs. Riches in Nanaimo, B.C. The 1-pound patty is topped with slices of ham, cheese, bacon and a fried egg. Also visited: Ottawa's Elgin Street Diner; Schwartz's deli in Montreal.
Featured eats include smoked chicken and poutine at Boneheads BBQ in Halifax, N.S.; shepherd's pie at the Dam Pub in Thrornbury, Ont.; and homemade lasagna at Landmark Cafe in Victoria-by-the-Sea, P.E.I.
The host learns to braid challah and samples Jewish classics at the Tallest Poppy in Winnipeg. He also eats meat-loaf muffins at Cardinal Rule Restaurant in Toronto; and spicy meatballs at JR's Restaurant in Almonte, Ont.
The host orders a 9-pound burger at Blondie's in Winnipeg. Other stops include That Little Place by the Lights in Huntsville, Ont.; and Neighbour's Restaurant in Vancouver.
Italian classics made the old-fashioned way are served up at Tre Sorelle in Orillia, Ont. Also sampled: schnitzel at Bistro Dansk in Winnipeg; seafood chowder at the Water-Prince Corner Shop in Charlottetown, P.E.I.
The host tries unusual breakfast dishes at the Urban Diner in Edmonton and Fat City Franks in Calgary. Also visited: Phil's Original BBQ in Toronto.
Stops include the Red Top Drive-Inn in Winnipeg; the Diner Deluxe in Calgary; and Cafe Polonez in Toronto.
Stops include the all-vegan Boon Burger in Winnipeg; Jelly Modern Doughnuts in Calgary; and the German eatery Musket in Etobicoke, Ont.
The host enjoys homemade ice cream at Evelyn's Memory Lane Cafe in High River, Alb. He also samples smoked meats at the Main Deli in Montreal and huge burgers with names like the Colossal Colon Clogger at Dangerous Dan's in Toronto.
Spotlighting the Chuckwagon Cafe in Turner Valley, Alb.; the Tubby Dog in Calgary; and Flapjack's in Caledon, Ont.
The host helps prepare Québécois comfort foods at Chez Claudette in Montreal. Other stops include Tunnel Bar-B-Q in Windsor, Ont.; and Coastal Waters Restaurant in Ingonish, N.S.
Stops include Baffo's Pizza in Bolton, Ont.; Tres Carnales Taqueria in Edmonton; and New Glasgow Lobster Suppers in New Glasgow, P.E.I.
International eats are sampled, including Dutch pancakes at the Pfanntastic Pannenkoek Haus in Calgary; Ukrainian fare at the Highlands Kitchen in Edmonton; and Greek favorites at Joe Feta's in St. Catherines, Ont.
The host indulges in cinnamon buns at the Sugar Bowl in Edmonton. He also checks out the Grilled Cheese in Toronto's Kensington Market and the Shish-Kabob Hut in Peterborough, Ont.
