From neighborhood institutions and legendary spots to instant classics, each half hour episode features our hilarious and hungry host as he eats his way across the country – and beyond! We'll see more fantastic Canadian and US dining destinations, plus special Rome, Florence, London, and Dublin editions!

John learns a croque-madame recipe during a visit to the restaurant Tess in Halifax, N.S.; and discovers the art of making samosas at the Tibetan Kitchen in Victoria, B.C. Also: Cinnamon buns are prepared at Edmonton's Highlevel Diner.

Flavor 19, a restaurant located on a golf course in Sydney, N.S., is featured. Also: Creole dishes served at Louisiana Purchase in Edmonton; and pastries from Rocket Bakery and Fresh Food in St. John's, N.L.
John meets with the Scotsman owner of Shine Café in Victoria, B.C. Also: three Toronto brothers who specialize in Vietnamese-style sandwiches; and an Ontario chef's take on Southern cooking.
John visits Murray Street in Ottawa, Ont., to try their potato-less poutine topped with duck confit and "beast" gravy. Other stops include Fanny Chadwick's in Toronto; and a Yukon restaurant that specializes in Caribbean food.
John finds an authentic Philly cheesesteak in Vancouver; in Orangeville, Ont., he tries a "reggae wrap"; and he visits Murray's Sandwich Emporium in Toronto.
