A matchbox-sized cluttered kitchen circa 1970's goes to demo-heaven to add tons of much needed space, storage, light, and style. This floor to ceiling renovation demos two walls: an exterior patio wall that's replaced by a sliding glass door and brand new air conditioner and a kitchen wall that's rebuilt as a pony wall/bar. Add new countertops, maple cabinets, vinyl floors, appliances, skylight, sink and faucet and you've got a comfortable space --full of style and grace.

The cabinetry behind it is busted out to create a pass-through and the new three-sided fireplace is wrapped in a granite mosaic. Cork floors are installed throughout and the living room is opened up to the back patio with mahogany glass doors that fold out to create an eight-foot opening.
A fitness fanatic gets his empty garage transformed into a multi-functional workout area complete with wall-to-wall storage, rubber flooring and a motorized garage sunscreen.
An ugly covered patio is taken to the next level as the ultimate indoor/outdoor lounge experience when it's rebuilt and finished off with pebble flooring, a modern water and fire combination coffee table and folding glass doors. Plus, a bonus room transform into a modern bar.
