The Super Sentai Series is the name given to the long-running Japanese superhero team genre of shows produced by Toei Co., Ltd., Toei Agency and Bandai, and aired by TV Asahi ("Super" refers to their use of mecha, and "sentai" is the Japanese word for "task force" or, literally, "fighting squadron" and was also a term used for Japanese squadrons in World War II). The shows are of the tokusatsu genre, featuring live action characters and colorful special effects, and are aimed mainly at children. The Super Sentai Series is one of the most prominent tokusatsu productions in Japan, alongside the Ultra Series and the Kamen Rider Series, which it currently airs alongside in the Super Hero Time programming block on Sundays. Outside Japan, the Super Sentai Series are best known as the source material for the Power Rangers franchise.
The Kyoryugers must go all out to free Pteragordon and Utsusemimaru from the clutches of the Deboss Army.
Amy introduces Utsusemimaru to modern living while Candelilla takes to the stage once more with Debo Honenukky.
Ian and Utsusemimaru help Souji gain enough courage to ask out Rin, his school's kendo club manager. However, Debo Jakireen, who destroyed people's happiness by breaking bonds, appears to mess everything up.
Plezuon's warrior Kyoryu Violet appears, revealing he has lost Plezuon on a mission to space half a year ago. The current Kyoryugers demand to get him back, so they seek out the help of a scientist.
As Doctor Ulshade and Plezuon investigated a planet that was destroyed by Deboss before it came to the Earth, Yayoi reveals she has plans to install data into the Zyudenryu that will allow it to defeat Deboth. However, intending to use this to their advantage while sending his forces and the surviving Zetsumates into Plezuon Lab, Chaos intends to hasten the resurrection of Deboth on a particularly rainy day.
After all but Candelilla and Luckyuro are destroyed, Luckyuro sends Debo Akkumoon to torment the Kyoryugers in their dreams.
The Kyoryugers must figure out a way to free Bragigas from the curse of the Demon Gadoma otherwise he may be lost to them, again.
With him and his team ending up in each others' bodies, Torin trains Souji in the ways of his finishing attack to prepare to fight the return of Debo Akkumoon.
Daigo Kiryu and Amy Yuuzuki lead the final assault on the Frozen Castle to take down Deboth using the True Melody of the Earth, but to make sure Amy survives, Daigo decides to go on by himself.
